Cognizant of the
role sports programs play in fostering self-discipline, teamwork and excellence
in the development of a healthy and alert citizenry, the Ateneo de Naga High School
Batch 1991, in coordination with the Bicol Dart Federation, successfully held
the Kamundagan 50k Darts Tournament last Dec. 5, 2015 by tapping the City
Government of Naga as main presenter of the event.
With close to a hundred
darts enthusiasts from various provinces of the Bicol Region participating in
at least one of the three game categories, the singles, doubles and three-man
teams, the tournament which started about past noontime of Dec. 5, 2015 ended four
o’clock in the morning, Dec. 6, 2015.
A total cash
prize of P50,000.00 plus trophies were awarded to the winners in the three game
categories.
Batch ’91 Officers
steered the event with the aid of facilitators from the Bicol Dart Federation.
Sponsors of the tournament were: Pru Life of U.K., Bimbo Construction, Honda
Cars Cam. Sur, Ginebra San Miguel and Celo Med.
Held at the Time
Out Bar in Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City, Batch ‘91 members and event sponsors present
were treated to unlimited game of billiard.
