Members ratify AI & BL

Members of the Ateneo de Naga High School Batch 1991 have ratified the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the association during the batch meeting held last January 24, 2015 at Krypton Grill, Naga City.

The AI and BL presented and discussed to the members by Alberto Bercasio, batch president, were the version resultant of the deliberation earlier made by the officers on the original draft prepared by Vincent Aunisin, batch secretary.

Some minor modifications on the AI and BL were proposed and adopted during the presentation of the same to the members present. 

Some fundamental provisions of the AI and BL include the following:

a)      The association formed is a non-stock corporation.

b)      Its name is Ateneo de Naga High School Batch 1991, Inc.

c)       The purposes for which the association is incorporated are:

1)   To provide a forum that will promote the interests and welfare of the association members and an avenue where they can bring into fruition their ingrained ideal as men for others;

2)   To receive from any legitimate sources, grants, donations, contributions or financial aids for utilization by the association for its operating activities, programs and projects;

3)   To invest a portion of its funds whether generated or acquired from whatever source, in shares of stocks in other corporations, bonds, commercial papers or other types of investments, and/or engage in fund-raising activities to carry out the purposes and objectives of the association; and

4)   To acquire, rent or lease real properties as may be necessary for the use by the association.

A copy of the AI and BL will be made available to the members after its due registration before the Securities and Exchange Commission.
